Sudha is a homemaker living in Vijinapura Slum with her family of five members. Her husband works as a carpenter and earns around ₹10,000 per month, depending on the availability of work, which is irregular and insufficient to meet the family’s daily and educational expenses. They have three children — the elder daughter is studying in 2nd year degree, the younger daughter is studying in 1st year degree, and their son is studying in 10th standard.
Due to the family’s weak financial condition, they are struggling to manage household expenses and pay school and college fees. To support her family financially, Sudha wants to start a small tiffin center business. She has good cooking skills and believes this business can help her earn an additional income of around ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
To begin this livelihood activity, she requires a pushcart to prepare and sell breakfast and tiffin items in the local community. This support will help improve the family’s financial condition, continue her children’s education, and create a stable source of income for the household.
